True but not tradeable til march 1999 and who knows where we'll be then.. is anyone hear REALLY planning on holding til march 1999??? i don't think so.. but yes it would equate into the book value... glad to see you guys starting to get the big picture... 1) tomorrow I will confirm with the xfer agent how the shares are trading 2) I will confirm with the company the descrepancy with the numbers and also find out how many shares the company holds tightly in their hands... Don't worry guys each and every issue will be dealt with. Is anyone out there excited to have a company that recognizes a short position and cancels 11million shares that could have been put into the float for trade at ANY time and that is acquiring companies and making sure that any other shares are either held by the company or RESTRICTED until next friggin year??? Mike; From my understanding TNRG did not issue any stock for Nighthawk Entertainment Corp. Nighthawk Entertainment Corp. by buying an additional 30% of the shares outstanding. This brings the total number of shares owned by Tianrong to approximately 96%. The main reason I liked this Company was reduction of shares. The news release is a little confusing since the TA states around 26 Million. Also the reduction as stated in the news release has been done in the last 10 Days I am sure the full effects haven't been felt yet in regards to the stock (reducing the total shares).
