I bet we will see MarketMice come out of the woodwork with negative opinions on how they really want to caution us about TNRG management, etc... YEH RIGHT!More like save their profits! GGGGOOOOO TNRG ---I'm in for the long haul, especially with them working towards NASDAQ listing, as Alan indicated, and as far as the alleged share count discrepancy, like anything else it all comes down to timing! If before the Nighthawk acquisition, their were only 25M and then they retire 2.5M, and then the Nighthawk acquisition gets finalized for approximately 20M shares in the meantime; for a total of 45M, then the latest canceling of privately held 9.1M shares would make it around 35M. How many nonreporting companies have this much going for it and only 35M shares outstanding, and more than one product ready to bring in revenue???Most Importantly, If Nighthawk is willing to take restricted shares of TNRG as collateral in the acquisition, then they must KNOW that there will be a very, very good chance for those shares to be worth much more in March, 1999, IMHO! Why doesn't everyone wait until tomorrow and we can verify it from the transfer agent and the CEO?Unless, of course someone is a MM and will lose money when we find out the truth!!!!Thanks again.
