Miles,

You missed the entire point of my comments. I DON'T KNOW ANY SPECIAL FACTS. I don't profess to know anything more than others, and I do not post something that is not verifiable. I do not refute the points you quoted which are publicly available. Yet, I do not find them particularly exciting/valuable. I believe the marketplace and via the share price has expressed its agreement here

My problem with you and Buddy is the "information I have obtained but am not at liberty to elaborate on " attitude.

Once again, as I initially mentioned, you try to shoot the messanger. I guess you and your followers are entitled to do that, but I know where to put my bucks and what stocks to keep it out of.

Gotta get in my 2 cents...

Y'all are just having so much fun I thought I should get in on it. Can't ya just feel the love!

I agree with a number of things I've read here. The doom-sayers do seem to come out of the woodwork either just before things start to rally, or just as it reaches a crescendo, and it is usually all about their own interests, not anybody else's. But before I give the impression that I'm siding with the faithful on this thread, I must say that IMHO there has been WAY too much optimism (month after month after dreary month) from a few people on this thread. I fail to see what it accomplishes or proves. Why preach the virtues of a company ad nauseum while the stock wastes away? The point of investing in stocks is the STOCKS not the company behind them. If the stock sucks, why glory in the potential of the company? Makes no sense. Something else I've been wondering...Why does Buddy respond to everything that everyone has to say, regardless of the topic, and whether or not the original comment was directed to him at all. That's a little weird, IMO. Does he also walk around in the "real" world interjecting his own special brand of wit and wisdom into every single conversation he encounters?

Also gotta say I did get a chuckle from Miles' comment about being able to distinguish between experienced and unexperienced (sic) investors. The irony of this comment is pretty rich. IMHO, anyone that holds a stock for years while his investment shrinks to a fraction of its original size should not proclaim too loudly that he is experienced. It's one thing to do boneheaded things when you're new at the game. At least then you have a reasonable excuse. If, however, you have EXPERIENCE!! and KNOW how things work and STILL you sit and watch over a couple of years as your money turns to compost when it could have been actually GROWING in some other vehicle, well the only conclusion to be drawn is that you are not too bright. One of the dumbest things I keep hearing again and again on these threads is that you haven't lost money until you sell at a loss (the implication being that you shouldn't worry if your stocks slide into oblivion because it's only a bad thing if you finally give up and sell at a loss.) This is so profoundly illogical that I have no idea where to even begin rebutting it. But it sounds like we have a few on this thread that subscribe to this very philosophy. Guess experience ain't all it's cracked up to be.

Well that's all I have to say for now. Didn't mean nothin' personal. Just wanted you to see how funny y'all are--from a safe distance.

Take care all.

Ciao,
JP

Hi Miles,

From your list:

1) KRT has had good past results
True.

2) Debeers is still pursuing more drilling
No indication of that yet. Pure speculation on your part.

3) I assume the results to date warrant more exploration
Again pure speculation.

4) $400,000 pp that will be eventually closed (money to be used for expenses and promotion etc)
We have heard that one before.

5) House positions (some may not agree on this one). Scotia and global are up there as the top buyers
Yes that's a fact.

6) Excellent property
Drill results will indicate that. Still waiting.

7) KRT is expanding their board
Still pure speculation. Nobody has confirmed that. Buddy's
confirmation does not count. We need it official.

Most of these points above are not fact as of yet. This might
be known to you but not anyone else.

Good Luck,
Kidman
