This thread has sought to be an exchange of ideas, done with a touch of civility. You may not be a fan of Mr. Wexler, you may not agree with his ideas or opinions, but it is not necessary to use your off color language. I first heard it long before I was in boot camp in 1968, and I still here on a regular basis. I am not offended personally, but I am sure there others like myself who feel that it is not necessary here to add emphasis to your postings. I suggest you read the preface to Roger's 1997 thread and this one.
