Does anyone know what the Registration "S" or Regulation "S" issue is that was discussed in the question answer session of todays conference call. I can't remember who asked it but it was one of the first questions asked. By the way you guys asked the right questions, now let's just hope the answers are right.

I'm glad to hear you're "not promoting AGTI". Apparently, we are in the minority. A lot sure hinges on the JV, not to mention getting financing for operations.
