We are entering a period of inflation, I have been seeing that in real estate for an under current ripple for a few months multiple deals, on land and lots-my sub-main-actual ten year speciality. My inventory sold out ( almost), today I got instruction from a buyer on resales and we didn't even pass papers on the first one! The is so much positive attitude in the developers sectors at the ground breaking level, that the future will meet the anticipation, I have seen that befor in Reaganomics the 1980s Boom years. It is happening again, easy money and tonight was reading a commerical Web Site and there were actually advertizing financing on Platinum Operations, and they had subaddresses for listings in Ca and in AZ. Weird! So a break up, not false ,,but real..really. By the way, I guess I took the scrapping of the time I learned how to CTRL "C" and CTRL "V" Scrape to heart back when you had a broken browser. I just downloaded Netscape after IE and use both, I still use IE and am on it now, both browsers are free and the lastest now. I like the Free Addon Instant Messages you get with AOL, Ping Talk I call it ..anyone here have it? So, what will GPGI bring tomorrow, I still havn't found a good Chart Place, I am running on the L.A. Times Chart for my Gut Feel! Bob J's site broke for me! Scrape a Good Chart or E-Mail me a LINKED doc that my word will open?
