Mandinga, add the quota for Venezuela which is also in the Gulf
surroundings patrolled by TMAR. I Do not know how much they are cutting but it should be significant considering they are a major force in this hemisphere. Those figures are daily figures and they could easily add to 20-30% cut if another OPEC agreement is reached.

Let's also keep in mind that even countries that are not part of OPEC(e.g. Russia's announcement today) are pledging to cut production. Now, if Russia, a $-ill country is pledging to cut production, it is very possible that other Gold countries such as Brazil may do the same thing.

By the way. my understanding was that the primary business of TMAR was the transporting of the oil, not drilling services. Some folks in the thread seem to think otherwise.

As per the argument of increasing demand, that is true, except that these countries are not going to produce more than what they are now producing. Remembers that the reason why OPEC has pledge to reduce is because the supply is too high (hence low price). Too much oil reserves out there. Therefore, at least for the next two quarter after the reduction, I can't see how TMAR is going to make more money unless they will venture into other geographical regions. Of course, we still don't know how they are compensated for their services!

I am bullish anyway, and holding/buying!!!
