Thanks for the clarification on the different mechanisms of action. However, I still do not see the patent approval as necessarily significant with regards to an FDA approval. One aspect that I would like your opinion on is the potentially adverse side affects that a general vasodialator would have on somebody who is already on hypertension medication. ED can be caused by alcoholism, smoking, obesity, and, ironically enough, other hypertension medications. Men suffering from one or more of these afflictions often suffer from high blood pressure as well. Don't you see a potential danger in giving a vasodialator to a person who is already on blood pressure medicine?
