Pr-Ac Man, Does that mean that the WP deal won't appear in the newsletter??? Also, who is Grant Thornton?? Is he one of ours or one of theirs?? Thanks. Grant Thornton is a medium sized accounting firm. Not quite Big 6. By nature, they should be neither ours nor theirs but independent. I'm pretty sure that they are our auditors though, so I guess you could call them one of ours. I also think that the company acquiring the company also hires the DD company; again one of ours. Grant

PAM, I believe WorldPass will be in the newsletter but it will come under the Definitive Letter of Intent category. By the way, the newsletter will not go out until next Wednesday or Thursday for several reasons. Joe feels his trip to California will generate several major announcements and he wants them included. The other reason is that Larry, Russ and Jack are out of the Country and Joe wants to run the final by them. I believe Larry is in Canada and Russ & Jack are in Europe. Best Regards
