Pentium II Set-Top under $400?
news.com

What do you make of this? Definately home market stuff, but will Intel leave the corporate market to NCDI, Wyse, and others? Could this be part of NCD's deal with Intel (I hope - we'll be rich)?

re: IBM and Wincenter

I don't think the ICA deal affects on-going business with IBM and Wincenter. We continue to offer certain features that are interesting to IBM customers as well as other customers, and I'd guess that the WCP business will maintain as expected. The primary customers have been interested in bringing Windows apps to existing desktops, hence the interest in X.

re: X support in ThinSTAR

It gets discussed, but I don't think there are any immediate plans. Not that hard to do, (we've had it running in development). It becomes more of a marketing question. If you put X in a ThinSTAR, what is the difference between it and an existing Explora? I could be a little out of date on the most current plans, of course. I haven't sat down and looked at specifics in a month or so.
