Joe,

A few more weeks of waiting is nothing. As I've said before, I'm in this as long as the company is moving forward. Years for all I care, as long as they are making progress (I know people are expecting the company to be sold, but I also want to see the "ink dried" on that one. I realize that is the stated goal, but I simply assume it won't be sold any time soon and that I will be holding the stock for a long time. This keeps me focused on the company's prospects). I'm not expecting a huge revenue bump or earnings boost this quarter either. I think when I made some valuations not to long ago I used $9 million for revenues this year, which would be about a $2.8 million for this quarter. I was assuming some Cyberfax revenues ($1 million or so). First Q should start to see some revenue boost from WPC as well as Cyberfax. I don't mind seeing short term margin erosion as long as it is linked to growth (assets/infrastructure). I've never made a valuation of DCTC based on earnings simply because there is no way to get a good estimate of what the net margin will be going forward. Overall, I'ld rather see margins increasing and growth (I'm sure we all would), but for a small company that is often not possible. There is often a trade off. We'll just have to wait and see.

Good Investing,

JJ
