I"\'m looking to buy this stock, but here are my concerns can anyone help answer these questions?
1) why not just buy netspeak or vocaltek.
2) why is it all dgivs contracts are overseas where it's hard to verify.
3)are they teamed up with any big boy like nspk and vocaltek are?
4)does dgiv have any usa contracts?

Thanks once again Byron. Your help is much appreciated. I took the time to read some of the info from the sites you posted. Very informative. Here's a paragraph from one of the sites for others to see:

A new study by Phillips Tarifica Ltd. shows just how serious a revenue hit International Service Providers will take from the Internet. The study, called "the Net Effect", estimates the potential losses in international telecom revenue for 16 telcos around the world as a direct result of Internet Telephony, e-mail, and fax services. According to the study, by 2001 those 16 telcos-- which together account for more than a quarter of the world's international call traffic will lose a combined total of nearly US$2billion annually to the internet.
