Got the same E-mail. I don't know who he is other then to speculate that when M.R. became the acting president because of the problems Charles was causing for Ed (you new people will have to catch up, this was last years news), this guy may have replaced M.R. on paper as the guy in charge of public relations. Anyway, I believe I read on this thread severel weeks ago that the company was moving out of B.C. and that they had to pay an exit fee based on a percentage of the stock price. Therefore, it would make sense that they did not want to make any releases until this move was finished because it would only cost them money. Now that the move is complete, I hope to be hearing all sorts of good things that will make this stock rise. For the longs, I see this as another positive step towards ultimate goals. Remember, this started as a stock on the V.E., was then finally moved to the OTC BB, now they moved the company into the U.S., and I believe the last step, or ultimate step is to get this stock up high enough to get on the NASDAQ. The pieces do seem to fit for this type of overall plan. Feeling positive with this news, but if we do not see some nice follow up announcements telling of contracts, teams, revenues and just maybe the big enchalata FOX, I do not know how long the positive vibes will last. Luck to all, first pitch in less then a week. Hate the Yankees but glad supervision will be used there again.

Re: Apparent Change of Legal Domicile

What mailing list are you on? According to the timestamps, you got this thing seven minutes after it was originally sent.

There's been chatter about that Questec had to get itself out from under Canadian and VSE regulations, particularly regarding press releases. I don't know how accurate the story is, but this Wyoming incorporation is consistent with this.

Who is Derek Donaldson?

If this company were making SEC filings, we would know. ;-)

p.s. [Edit] The news release is now available at the Questec web site.

p.s. [Another Edit] I now see this has been covered in another post. Oh, well... :-)
