Zead, As the prez says I feel your pain. But don't despair. The reason the stock price is down is "fear of the unknown." Once a new CEO is appointed and the direction of the co. is announced things will improve. This is still a great co. but needs new leadership into the 21st century. Many co's go through restructuring, and believe me it's a healthy exercise. All of us make adjustments in our careers over the years to reflect changes in the business cycle. Trust your own judgement of the situation and don't listen to any one who suffers from Mad Cow Disease. SR
