RESEARCH ALERT-Prudential ups Xerox target

NEW YORK, March 26 (Reuters) - Prudential Securities said on Thursday it raised its 12-month price price target on
Xerox Corp. to $120 per share from $105 per share and increased its target on Pitney Bowes Inc. (PBI - news) to $57
from $50 per share.

-- Analyst Alex Henderson said in research note despite recent stock price run, Xerox valuation remains compelling
relative to Standard & Poor's industrials.

-- ''With a ramping new product cycle, a competitive advantage across the board versus the Japanese OEMs, a huge
opportunity to ramp up in the retail channels and accelerating earnings growth and free cash flow, clear visibility and a
realistic expection of cutting costs, we believe Xerox could trade at a market multiple,'' Henderson said.
