well steve..it went from 1.66 to 3/8ths..that was in the wake of the delisting..so i think ron is correct in that it has been factored in the price..

Steve, did these stocks also have a big down move before the news as well.

The other point with IPM, is it is grouped with the desert stocks and most have been delisted, so I expect this is already expected. Everyone I talk to expects this. Even though I believe IPM has a good case, I expect they will be on the BB. I hope I am wrong also
