Kirk, DGIV, wants to penetrate those markets before anyone else.
It is virgin soil, when it comes to revenue traffic minutes. I guess you've never called Tokyo or Kuala Lumpur, and gotten a $200.00 bill for 45-90 minutes of time? I have, my wife is Malaysian, and believe me we are acutely aware of the costs and savings bonanza this could bring for companies and individuals there and here.

This is what it is really all about.=>>>$$$$$=>>>Savings

You can buy NSPK,VOCLF,IDTC,NMSS IXIC, you name it they are all players. You can buy DGIV too.

Can you tell me which ones have networks set up in Europe,
Hong Kong,Taipei,Tokyo,Russia,Seoul,Vancouver and Indonesia?

The Teaming up may come later but let's get established and have a bit more to offer if that is indeed on the table. If we corner the Far-East, then the mountain will come to us.

DGIV has the contract with Louis International, for 1Million of revenue traffic into the US over their network for long-distance linking up to local areas. Thereby making the Long calls local ones.

I suggest you look a little closer at the industry.
Government regulation is paramount in the third world and thus far your aforementioned players are not vying for those areas, except
VOCLF which has Dutch Telecom as a Partner. NSPK is linked to Motorola, which may be of help overseas at a later point.

All will still have to go thru governments that may not be as receptive, whereas someone like Mr.Chin, who has long standing contacts in Asia, with his Partner Mr.Wong, could perhaps facilitate agreements more quickly in this arena of operations.

Remember JD International already has passed their regulatory approval and has a network already set up which just need tying together and of course We aquired them in February.

At this stage the industry is budding and he who gets the egg eats the chicken later.

Besides the fact that DGIV has exactly what NSPK/VOCLF/IDTC all have Gateways, which are the cornerstone of the other plays and are using them as a tool to facilitate minutes traffic over the net to the states for the potential bonanza, that a foothold in Asia, could bring.

Also they are Much more inexpensive now, than the other aforementioned players, albiet not for long<VBG>

SANTA MONICA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 20, 1998--Digitcom Corp.'s (OTC:DGIV)
subsidiary, DLD Corp., Tuesday announced further details of its business understanding with Citra
Swara Adidya of Jakarta (Citra) to provide Internet enhanced long distance telecommunications
services in Indonesia using Digitcom's Internet/voice central office technology. The services
included in the agreement utilize Digitcom's data compression technology that reduces the network
transmission load by a ratio of 43:1. Digitcom's central office server was the subject of critical tests
by the Indonesian Internet Service Provider Association (Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet
Indonesia).

Services the companies will introduce include: FAXport, which enables international faxing from
any fax machine at discounts of up to 50 percent of standard calls by routing the fax data over the
Internet; VOXport, which is an international voice messaging system; and NetCall, a technology on
the cutting-edge of voice transmission that transmits two-way, full duplex phone conversations using
the protocols of the Internet rather than a dedicated switched circuit. (DLD's call re-origination
technology will not be marketed in Indonesia under the agreement in keeping with DLD's policy of
close co-operation and compliance with national telecommunications regulatory agencies in
countries where it has operations.)

The Digitcom IntraVoice server was demonstrated in initial APJII tests for suitability and
performance, signifying an important milestone towards the launch of services in Indonesia. The
APJII will conduct further tests in coming weeks.

The MOU signed by the companies commits them to jointly market Digitcom's innovative suite of Internet-based services by installing 24-port servers for use in the Digitcom IP/Voice network.

Early implementation anticipates the burgeoning Indonesian market for these advanced telecommunications technologies.

The partners project strong, rapid growth of total market share for this extremely cost-effective suite of services.

Of course you can always call the company and ask them yourself their phone # is 1-310-584-0750.

Because this is all just my opinion.
