BlueIce, thanks for the update. I've owned MKD for a painfully long time, so this runup is a welcome sight. I had decided to buy more late last week, but couldn't get money into my account in time so missed the 8-10c prices - bought in finally today. I talked with Lawrie early this week, and he told me pretty much what you and Ted have been reporting here also. An interesting tidbit he passed on: Markatech made a very lowball offer to the manufacturer of the machine for the CD plant, expecting a bargaining process. The manufacturer accepted the low offer without dickering, and later said that they could do so for a first-time buyer, since every company that has bought one machine has eventually bought more. Take that for what its worth, but Lawrie was pretty excited about the potential of this thing. Also, this has been an odd run-up. The stock price has tripled, and there is almost no fanfare about it. Its almost as if the general investing public hasn't even caught on - usually a run like this is at least good for a few new posters on the company's SI forum. Its the Stealth run-up. This company is definitely not IR-intensive. I've wondered for a long while why they haven't done a better job of giving updates on the status of the beta testing on the Autonet. (Lawrie said its still ongoing, and as someone mentioned here in the past week, they are looking at an improved handheld computer). Here's what I'm wondering now: they've been waiting to get their ducks in a row on the CD plant, and after releasing info about it, as the summer and the opening of the plant approaches, keep the momentum going by issuing the updates and news on Autonet and Touchmaster. The combination of good news released at timely intervals about all three would make things, well, fun for shareholders. :) I wish I had taken better notes about Lawrie's feedback on the status of the Autonet and Touchmaster - I was in a hurry and it was a short call, but I came away with a favorable impression about both. I'll be looking forward to the release about the CD plant. Sam
