Hi Joe,

I'm not sure about you but I'm looking pretty fat in my cheerleading
skirt these days(G). Joe Murphy is a tuff negotiator and my guess is
that WP is playing as well. I know Joe has walked away before if he
thinks the shareholders are taking it in the shorts and I'll bet he
will again if he feels that way. I personally hope things work out
because I like the synergy but WP isn't the only fish in the ISP sea.

As for dealing with private companies, their books are cooked more than Julia Childs'.......and as for waiting being an old line, sure
it is but that is what investing vs trading is all about, isn't it?

Joe, Some good points from both you and Lou concerning the WP deal and this is getting to be an education for sure since negotiations can apparently be ongoing even after agreements have been made or even signed. And since only Joe and insiders know all of the facts about why changes are being made while the rest of us can only speculate I can see why it is probably better for all involved to wait until a deal is truly finalized before announcing it. I feel that Joe has done a really good job in the past with his M/A's and that he will do the right thing concerning the WP deal. I have the impression that there are quite a few other M/A options open to Joe and for sure I would only want the best of those options to become a part of DCI.
