so, dj, all they need to do is cut their losses by 33%. hey, what do you know... mu's competitors are only planning on losing 2/3 of what they lost last year - and this is good. desperation is a sad thing to witness...

Mitsubishi is working with a number of US users of DRAM to try to talk them into using embbeded SDRAM in their chip designs instead of separate chips. 100 MHz is ready now, 133 is the goal. Don't screw around with an extra chip and all the connection hassles and real estate when you can do it on the same piece of silicon, etc.

Size is 32 Mbit (2 16M modules).
