My accounts are at FIDO. All you have to do is fill out the brokerage and options paperwork and voila! go to it.

No wash sale rules, no capital gains or losses considerations.

You can buy/sell stock (and other stuff) but the only options allowed are buy-to-open and sell-to-close covered calls.

It's easy. There's a rollover application form. When I did it, I went to the bank and had them make out a check to my new Ira account and then immediately deposited it. If you wait for a transfer between institutions, it could take weeks.
