**OT** Beef for Oil scam research update:

From biz.yahoo.com there were 18.3 million shares outstanding Sept 30,1996.

From biz.yahoo.com the number of shares outstanding increased to approximately 96 million sometime before Feb. 9, 1998.

I still can't find any SEC filings, but I'll bet they would be filed with words like "Reg S" and "Private Placement with an Offshore Investor."
