freeze,
I have held NAMX over a year now myself and am still optimistic. The wells in Nebraska being metered soon will generate revenue and the company can borrow against future earnings to drill the next 14. It's all going to get better and better from here in my opinion. We have waited a long time for the rewards. We want to know the shares issued and float exactly, we have a ball park figure that is months old. The worst days of owning this stock IMO are about over. The company becoming reporting maybe by the end of April will answer those questions. NAE has to become reporting because of the SEC regulation about # of shareholders. Over 500 (I have read NAE has 1200 shareholders) and the SEC requires a company to become reporting. So their will be minimal delays if any on that issue.
Your choice of who to post to on this thread was unfortunate. That bob is not a shareholder but just shows up here to bash the company as does hunter vann. Sometimes shareholders are down on there own stock but there is no excuse for non-shareholders to bash a stock they don't own for 9 months straight. bob and hunter vann have also been named as defendants in a Rico law suit filed by NAE as a result of their activities on this thread, so it's serious what they have been doing and may even be criminal, I don't know. I hear hunter thinks he is being stalked now <ggg>.
Have you ordered your stock certificate from your broker yet? If not I would recommend you do. It will help to stop our shares in street name being used to short the stock and put a squeeze on the shorters. I hear their are around 9 million shares now ordered by shareholders out of street name into certificate form. You can still sell your stock at any time by giving the broker the cusip # on the cert and then mailing it in to the broker so there is no problem with liquidity.

Have a good day,

Bob (a shareholder)
