We can always tell the Southern Californians. They're the ones who think Yosemite is in Northern California. In fact, the southern folks seem to think anything north of Solvang is Northern California. I used to be guilty of that. Even thought California ran into Oregon a couple of miles north of San Francisco. Yosemite is for tourists. You should take a trip to Humboldt and Del Norte Counties. They're the next ones down from Oregon.

The San Andreas fault runs out to sea at Bodega Bay. Some fools actually erected a PG&E power plant there. Unbelievable!

I thought the westwardly moving continental plate was diving under the northly moving pacific plate. Is my thinking backwards on that too ?
