I predict the stock will be halted within a week. I've always said it will eventually be halted, but with the latest news I'm sure the SEC is probably already investigating.

Remember when I said a while back that "this is the last day you'll ever be able to sell this stock above a dollar" and I was right?

Well now I'm saying that this week will very likely be the last chance you have to sell this stock for _anything_.

If you're long now, you'd have to be crazy not to get out. Especially if you've already made a profit. To the people who bought when it was over a dollar, and who are hanging on hoping it will return to those levels- don't kid yourself. Take your losses and chalk it up as a lesson, and maybe get _some_ of your money back while you can.

As always, I hold NO position, short or long, in NETZ. I'm not being paid by anyone to "de-hype" this stock, and I'm not trying to drive the price lower so I can buy cheap shares.

I just find this whole thread fascinating.. Even NETZ's biggest defenders seem to be giving up hope.

We should add something to the subject header:

*********DANGER DANGER****************
READ ALL POSTS BEFORE INVESTING HERE!!

If ZULU is compared to a ship, only a very small portion of it can still be seen above the water line.

"I still believe that cable-modem speed, or perhaps the new ASDL technology I've been hearing noise about, will suffice to get the online movie advertising industry off the ground."

I don't beleive that the online movie advertising industry will EVER get off the ground.

I just don't see consumers putting up with it.

There are two possible models for this - the tiny banner ads that we have now, and full-screen (or full-browser-window) ads that are imposed on you at some point while you are browsing a site.

The animated banners are distracting, and I beleive that content providers will eventually notice that they have fewer viewers on pages that have these kinds of ads, as well as direct consumer complaints.

And who is going to put up with a 30-second interruption to their surfing? Sure, we accept it with TV - but in the case of TV you are watching a scheduled, linear show with the ads inserted at logical pauses. And, frankly, there are (still) few enough channels available that we have no choice but to accept this. On the Internet, the "channels" are essentially infinate, and consumers will vote with their feet and go to places that have no or less intrusive advertising. Further, "surfing" is self-directed - there is no linear sequence, no logical pause - surfers are often looking for specific information and do NOT want to be disturbed with a "30-second spot" in the middle of that task!

Note that the leader in this technology (ITVU) has deemphasized this, and has instead refocused on using their delivery network to deliver streaming content (not advertising).

In fact, if there is ANY potential for video advertising on the Internet, it is as insertions in streaming content. (That is, say, a commercial inserted in a Bloomberg or CNN feed.) Because streaming content is linear and so similar to TV, advertising spot may be more accepted.

But nobody has a leg up there - anybody can stick a 30-second spot in the middle of a Realplayer stream.

Partytime & Fellow NETZ Investors,

From one NETZ investor to another please keep up the GOOD WORK!

It is clear to me and easy to see the motives of certain members on this thread. I can't believe that there are people like this that will, at all cost, try to prey on other's intelligence and separate ones hard earned money for their own selfish gains. Pity isn't it... Isn't greed the route to all evil... Shame on them...

I must say, there is an old saying that I really believe in, "What comes around, goes around" and like Forrest Gump said, "That's all I'm going to say about that!"

Granted, we are all cognizant that NETZ has some issues to sort out and we have more work/research to do. I believe we can all agree that the potential of NETZ is there. That's why we're all here isn't it? With Steve Liar, Tom Burgess, SIM and others there has to be something behind this cloud of dust. IMO, I don't believe it's a shell game either. We'll see...

I bought some NETZ at the high end $1.14, bought more when it dropped to $.38, bought more at $.53 and bought even more at $.65. As long as people like OtherChap and crew continue to bombard this thread with all their non-factual comments, I will continue to buy on the dips. You can always count on the price of the stock to drop when these people come around. Isn't NETZ good??????

LONG ON NETZ, will continue to buy on dips, and will see fellow NETZ investors at the TOP. Be steadfast! All this will become clear shortly, IMO. Funny how the stock continues to hold up after all the news wires...hum???

Anyone care to comment on the latter...
