In addition to extension, prices in year two to exercise those warrants were increased in following order:
1.00-1.15
0.54-0.62
0.34-0.62

I was wondering when everyone would see that there is no gain for anyone with share dilution at these prices. So we are as good as valued at number of shares issued because the warrants are priced above the price of the stock.

There are of course other issues to be delt with but this seems like a given to me.
