To all......while some of you on this thread and others have been deluged with Q+ formulization, news of data downfeed problems, etc... LET ME ASSURE YOU that there will be PLENTY of MetaStock info, formulae, etc... at TAOTL this summer (July 24-26). Check out the "TA-1998" thread for details. Hope to see a lot of you there. BW Chan

Ok Brooke, I'll hurl the first chair. Too funny you are killing me. And yes, I agree. Now, how about a stupid question or idea? Has anyone ever coded MS to scan for classic or even non classic chart patterns, say, H&S or double bottoms? Or how about looking for a rising indicator like ADX > 25 AND has been rising the last x days? I am in the process of trying to do this. I just purchased MS a month ago and it is very cool. I am also looking to get Q+, as I have been able to glean enough positives for this program wading through a lot of negatives. I think negatives should be posted and debate is great. We all benefit, it just makes for hard reading when burning chairs are flying by, although quite entertaining at times. Oh yea, Brooke, please have a seat. I belive there are more chairs too. bdog
