Intel went from 1.770 billion Sept 1996 to 1.785 billion December 1997 shares outstanding. IBM in the same time frame went from 1.043 billion to 964 million.

I guess like Gersh stated It not over yet. When the other 78 million are factored in it's gonna take a whole lotta earnings to bring up the PE,EPS AND STOCK PRICE.

Now I know why they say buy small caps..
