Tricky question ..

I don't mean that you are trying to be tricky.

The shares have been (for the most part) factored in to the EPS because of the "diluted" method of calculation.

The effect of their being released out into the market place, I believe, has not yet been fully "factored" into the price of the stock.

This event was triggered a long time ago. Because of that, it is old news. But the impact is today. I've been watching this thread for a while now and very few people, it seems to me, understand what just took place.
