I agree that the news is impacting especially when the Company has been removing shares within the last 10 day's, I am sure some people will be surprised after reading the news release and the DTC books are updated. The Company just needs a better CALCULATOR.

Kevinl,
Hi. Okay so you are long TNRG. As am I. Like you pointed out in your post "TNRG IS REDUCING THE NUMBER OF SHARES...AGAIN"... I believe i have "got that". Now why is it that if the number of shares is of no issue to you, you happen to be screaming that very fact? Just curious.
I for one, think its great if a company reduces outstanding shares. I'd be even more ecstatic if the float were reduced. As we have it today, the news on the wires said that the 9.2 million shares cancelled would reduces outstanding shares ASAP. Which is nice. Although it doesnt reduce the current float. Which is fine. My only question was about how the difference in the 22.5 million vs. 35 million outstanding shares came to be in a week. If you dont have the answer thats fine by me. I'm sure I'll be calling TNRG first thing in the morning to find out so my curiosity is satisfied and also so I can stay invested in TNRG so I can make some money.
Meanwhile, just for the record, let me say that
1. I'm long TNRG
2. I've called TNRG ... so i'm an active investor.
3. I believe engineers are just like anyone else. So lets not discuss "engineers vs. the rest-of-em" here, please.

Thank you and good luck
