Private placement memorandom out. Security Capital Trading Inc is raising 2-4 mil in a private placement. I have been following this for a while and will soon recieve and digest the placement memo and post relevant info. If its a reasonable raise up, it will give them working capital and breathing room to show what they can really do with the great brands they have. Typically, the private placement is followed by a secondary so the private investors get their money out. If the deal is structured right everyone makes out including the public shareholders. That mey be the reason for the renewed optimism. I don't know how this impacts the current price of the stock, ie whether at 10 cents its cheap or not, but the general impact of a successful private placement should be favorable. BTW- I am long ccww and have been for 4-5 months. I intend to stay long and possibly invest in the private.

My broker is working with some people (Pro's) They are working on another stock I have and he got the word from them that(ccww) was was going to go. Friday or first of next week. He is right about 60 to 70% of the time and makes me money so I purchased some ccww. This is no BS I dont care if anyone buys it or not. I got a tip and moved on it and though I would pass it on. I have not dune DD on this one yet, If you are in it I would stay If you are thinking about getting in do your own DD. Good luck hope this helps
