The recent selling by the Waitt family has not been very substantial from a percentage viewpoint. I did find it a little more intriguing that the CFO (McKittrick) sold 25% of his holdings. But this 14A is fairly old so it is possible that he was exercising new options not reflected in the totals. Here is the info on stock ownership as of Mar1 1997 from the most recent 14A filing.
