Starpoper: You raise some interesting points. But are they valid? In reality I can't figure out your position here. I don't think you could be short due to margin problems, and I'm confident you aren't long. So where do you fit in? Just an interested party? I'm really quite perplexed. You haven't answered the easiest questions that I asked. What would happen if the judgement amount was settled in such a way to satisfy both parties and chapter 11 filing became a moot point? What if the CEO of KG Data isn't as stupid as you would have us believe for selling his company to FSCX for stock. What if the sales figure are increasing and we see some strength going forward in the sales and revenue numbers? What if the relationships with companies such as Xypoint are strong and they have been given a heads up as to what's going on in the company? Have you actually done any homework here? Have you contacted anyone in the industry? Or have you just been firing one liners into this site for so long now that you are actually beginning to believe your own rehtoric? I'm quite sure that you have answers and that you have researched them thoroughly, as I have done and continue to do. So again I ask what possible motivation you could have for your continued negative bias. NO GOOD LUCK TO YOU SIR! R..
