Eric,

<<.Are you aware that most of your statements are about "Load" type mining and that Golden Eagle has " Large Low Level Placer Deposit ". This is obviously an area of which you and others have need of further study......No offense is intended ,but this does boarder the rein of iconoclasm!>>

Yes I was .. I read the geologists report .... My comments/thoughts were not directed at MINE per se ... they were just a random bunch of issues one must consider as far as mining in general is concerned ..... and as I said, yes I was aware that MINE has a reported large placer component .... if you take Pierre Lassonde's advice - he suggests being very careful with placer deposits - they are generally very difficult to properly evaluate in terms of resource numbers - obviously something very important if one is going to talk about 60-100 million oz of the yellow stuff.

After Bre-X, IPM, Timbuktu, Delgratia, Cartaway and a few others of late - a little caution (iconoclasm if you wish) is not necessarily a bad thing.

Best of luck, Eric.
