John,
You beat me to it. I fully expect to discover that what we have been watching is the pilot for a new CBS prime time Soap Opera. I hope we at least get some residuals.

John that is it exactly its a compromise and dc katz is was trying to do it all and take all the responsibility and things came to a head.
I am encouraged by what I see as responsible talented management from Dc yakatans leadership and I think to go from a five member board to a
nine member board while you have not become profitable is a dumb ass move still it may work out. They should close out board slots if they don't need them as soon as possible.
dc Katz will head research and manage that.. that is plenty tall task.
if he takes it on.
Also I think they need to focus on getting a good partner and a good deal I have benchmarked a good deal at 25-30 of revenue... that is the
criteria we must judge them by going forward... if so we should see 25-35 dollar share price sooner rather than later. they also have a burn rate of 10 million and it needs to be managed...

John after the filing yesterday by dc katz denuding healthmed of his shares... I expect we will see round III.... that's when healthmed if it does have any money will buy stock in the market...to make up for katz shares...
