I get the impression that you are knocking this stock without knowing anything that is happening and disbelieving everything you are told. What do we know for sure? 1. Ontario Waste after extensive DD entered into a joint venture in two plants, Oshawa and Niagara. 2. The lender also did due diligence and is putting up 100% debt financing without recourse. 3. Us Filter has agreed to enter into a similar jt venture and is working on a daily basis to bring projects to fruition. They obviously have also done their due diligence. 4. Hamilton's increase in capacity is nearing completion. (one Month away) 5. Richmond BC is under construction. 6. MM Dillon and Dick Engineering both with high reputations in this area have given unqualified support for this technology. 7. Trooper is dying (maybe literally) to get their hands on it. Sure there have been some gliches in the past and shares have been issued to finance this progress but how can you expect otherwise. The fact remains that the company is light years ahead of where it was last year at this time. IMHO
