Captain: Are they going to file for sure? When? Has the audit started? Do you who is doing the audit? If this is true, then that is actually very good news. About 5 months ago there was a big stink about non-reporting companies on the OTC-BB. Stating the companies would have only so many months to file then there was a good indication that the Nasdaq wouldn't carry them on the BB, and would be kicking some of these companies to the pick sheets. Any information regarding this is appreciated. I will call the company if confirmation is required. Andr‚
