Fred:

Goodbye 32 within days. This is a volcano getting ready to blow. For all those out there who are waiting for a better price, do you feel lucky. A dollar one way or another is not going to make a difference.
Several days ago I posted a note about nxtl's business network which eliminates the requirement of a customer owning more than one phone. As a member of a network, you get unlimited cellular for 90.00 a month, unlimited direct connect(to all your business associates in other companies), and the other bells and whistles. The add ons from this new feature and pricing structure should be phenomenal.

Frederick, you're right when you talk about explosive growth - both in stock price and new customers. As others have mentioned, NXTL is experiencing some growing pains but that's to be expected. Wireless users compare NXTL coverage/service with analog because that's the current standard. ALL digital companies, including NXTL, suffer in comparison with analog's coverage, dropped calls etc. It's part of the growing pains of building something from the ground up. This too shall pass and customers know this.
