TO ALL:: see this all worked out just fine.. the March 18th press release numbers of 25million shares outstanding was accidentally reflecting the number 25million BEFORE they had even announced that they were going to retire 19million more shares from its original 44million ... so it turns out there have always been 44million shares outstanding and within the last 10days 11.6 million have been ANNOUNCED as being cancelled and that we will see another 8 to 10million being cancelled.. I got a call from the company last night about 10:30pm my time and we talked about getting all this straightened out. This company REALLY DOES CARE ABOUT ITS SHAREHOLDERS! I have never seen such determination in a company valued below $5.. let along.. 35cents to doing the right thing. They could have waited days to correct this.. or even til Thursday during the day.. but they took care of it RIGHT AWAY... BRAVO.. Anyway.. they said that THEY DID NOT ISSUE 20million more shares for Nighthawk and that we are WAY OFF.. not even close... and that news on this issue is being pushed forward and investors will soon know the details of this... I'll check again w/ the company to find out 1) how many shares the company has in its vaults 2) When we will most likely see the numbers on the Nighthawk deal... Man am I excited about this company or what!? sorry hard to keep the emotion out.. jim
