News will most likely benefit ESVS more.

Did anyone notice the ESVS accumulation and upward rise from 2 to 5 that occurred in from mid-FEB up to March 9 announcement. Insiders must have been accumulating. No other news during that period and stock more than doubled in price. Jan 27 announcement wasnt reason for this and was basically ignored and ESVS didnt start rise until Feb 14th or so.

ESVS float is only 400k
