to add to Linda's post:

just saw the first report from cnbc on the new aapl ads.

first, cnbc's coverage was NOT prompted by any action on Intel's part, cnbc is just drawing more attention to aapl and the ad and the G3 computer.

in the report, the 'bunny' ad is shown (and it did evoke laughter from the cnbc correspondent, who remarked 'that's cute').

the discussion was positive for aapl IMHO, and the story ended with the conclusion by the guest that INTC will probably not 'dignify' aapl's ad w/ a response.

the exposure today will be great for aapl....imho.

go aapl!

Linda: CNBC must have been reading from todays' Wall Street Journal. On Page B10 is a pretty good size article on Apple's Burn Bunny Burn commercial. Also in the article the Byte magazine test is discussed saying that they are re-testing the G3 this week. Bill
