It does appear that there will be a 4:1 split of the ADRs when they are listed on the NYSE in early August, however the ratio is currently 3 ADRs to 1 preferred and will become 12:1.

I have seen a one year chart somewhere of SAP relative to the DAX and SAP has far outperformed it. I was not aware, however, that it is the fastest growing stock on the DAX (thanks, TCG, for that positive bit of info).

Here's to continued great performance with the NYSE listing!
