Just a clarification on SEC Rule 144 restricted stock...

The holding period for Rule 144 is a full 2 years to have the shares unconditionally unrestricted...still have to file an SEC 144 form to get the restrictive legend removed and registered for sale.

If held 1 year but less than 2 the owner must file a form 144 to sell the shares and may only sell 10% of the o/s shares at a time, and must sell within a 90 day window or the owner must refile the request to sell...even if they were to file a form 144 to sell it isn't a requirement to sell...

And the shares can't be dumped into the float all at once in 1999 ...but slowly over time when the company should have developed ample revenue streams to compensate for the float increases...IMO
