just a quick TA perspective. PSIX is flirting with new highs not seen in well over a year. there's a lot of resistance in the 10-13 area dating from 1996; lots of people who bought in that area and have suffered thru the last 1-2 years. many will be happy to get their money back and nothing else. so my prediction, fwiw, is that we'll have some trouble breaking thru here but, once something develops to push us thru 12-13, the stock could run to the high teens pretty easily. comments?
