Phil, <QWST just announced they're buying EUNet and will have a large interest in Germany's X-Link. They are executing the deals that will blow the large providers out of the international data business. The people who have sales plans at the large IXC's like AT&T and MCI depend on expensive international private lines and have tended to block the development of these types of arrangements so as to protect their own business from less expensive access methods. Happens all the time!> As a WCOM shareholder too, I am wondering how you think they will hold up against these aggressive new upstarts? Thanks, Diana
