Arthur, Gary,

At $21 1/4 per share .. Ames will be worth $500,000,000 market cap.

This should enable many new mutual funds to purchase Ames stock with a minimum market cap of 500 mil. As you know, most funds have minimum market cap. restrictions on the prospective companies that they wish to own in their portfolios. I was told by my brother in law (fund manager) that the average fund won't touch a company with a market cap under 500 million.

This should prove interesting as the stock price is $21 3/4 as I write this.
