Tmrent, would you mind letting me know which message mentioned Chapter 11? I looked over the thread and must have missed it. From what I could see it's populated sporadically by falling knife catchers and other rightfully disgruntled investors. If I'd bought at 9, I'd feel similarly. But unless the IR guy I spoke to is saying the thing that isn't so, the company has cash on hand and no debt, which doesn't sound like imminent Chapter 11. However, if I've been misled, of course I'd very much like to know. Until then, as I hope I've made clear, this is a Dreman-like contrarian play. If FVHI doesn't sink, it will swim. But if it will, and then how long or how far, is anybody's guess.
