Anyone:

Has anyone heard of, or have any info. on, an outfit called
Cardinal Services, an offshore service co. from somewhere on
or near the GOM? If so, are they publicly traded, and any
contact information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. Will respond to replies this eve.

Lee

<TA> The positive moves yesterday and today are very remarkable and extremely significant. In the last 5 mths, the OSX rallies consisted of 4 big positive days only (sometimes 3 big days and 2 smaller up days). It then went into a dip shortly (if not immediately) after.

This is the first time we've had two positive days following a strong rally since October 1997. This is very bullish. This is it.
