What does that mean, Mincy? Please tell me what your encrypted post is supposed to say because as it stands, it makes no sense...Terry

micny - I am also on this thread. I am everywhere but I post with my real name and address. Who are you? You can check my personal profile as I have nothing to hide.

As a trial lawyer in civil litigation my batting average was 1000%. As a prosecutor it was about .999. I lost one manslaughter case and one drunk driving in six years. As a Special Prosecutor to a Grand Jury I helped clean up organized crime in Macomb County, Michigan. I held that position for 2 1/2 years by special appointment.

At the moment I teach business law at the local community college.

I have used a PC for 20 years or thereabouts. I go back to the bulletin board days. I have been on the NET since it began.

Now my entry into the stock market began in 1980 when I decided that there must be a better place to invest than my local bank. I read Lynch who said invest in what you know. That was CBRL because I did a lot of Interstate driving. I made a ton on money with Cracker Barrel with 5 or 6 3for2 splits. In 97 I got bored with CBRL because it had been stagnant. I sold and bought another stock. Got the bill from my full service provider and said "Why am I paying these guys Thousands for a transfer of stock when I can open an account on the NET."

In October 1997 I opened an account with ETrade. Since that date I have bought and sold 65 different companies. At the moment I have investments in 13 companies including CBRL again.

My last purchase was PFE at 93 1/2 on this past Wednesday. Yesterday it closed at 95 3/4. I bought a ton of Pifzer. It is that pie in the sky one always hopes for.

When I read the Motley Fools Guide to the Stock Market I agreed with them that I am as smart as the average bear. I do not need a full service broker nor do I need to waste my money with the Mutual guys.

I post on this board, thefool and yahoo. I am always Flarity as that is my fictional character which I write about. I am always Ron Flanigan from Lexington, MI By The Mighty Lake Huron. Our town is about 800. Ask anyone. They can direct you to my home. You would be more than welcome providing you tell me your real name. I like to know who I am talking with.

Finally, I come to these boards to learn. I have learned from Zimmer and Pestlaw and SR and Tony who is off to Aruba and so many others.
With those folks I know who they are. They do not lurk in the corners of cyberspace and make libelous remarks.

I served in the Corps with B-1-5 (1952-1955) and am proud to be a dues paying American.

Ron Flanigan

P.S. I serve but one Master and I look for his return with joy in my heart. Thank You Jesus.
