Richard,
If they didnt keep up the filings, they may not qualify for electronic trading. I am certainly not trying to be an alarmist, just trying to understand the issues involved.

Why do you say " I don't think [IPM] kept the fillings up"?
The 10-Qs etc are on EDGAR and the 10-K won't be late until 4/1.
